The goal of the on-mission class is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12).  We, as believers in Christ, are called and commanded to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, be sanctified in our most holy faith, evangelize the lost, and entrust the truths of the gospel that we have believed to others.  Therefore, we will be reading and interacting on the areas of evangelism, Biblical Theology, and spiritual discipline in the life of the individual as well as in the church.

Christ from Beginning to End
By Trent Hunter and Stephen Wellum

Written to help Christians understand better how every part of Scripture fits together to reveal the glory of Christ Jesus. In Part 1, Wellum and Hunter reintroduce us to the Bible—what it is, how it comes to us, and what it’s centrally about. Then, in Part 2, they walk from one side of the Bible’s story to the other, carefully tracing the Bible's storyline from Genesis to Revelation. As readers see how our triune God's plan unfolds through his covenants, they will be equipped for a lifetime of seeing Christ's glory in Scripture.

Praying with Paul- A Call to Spiritual Reformation
By D.A. Carson

God doesn't demand hectic church programs and frenetic schedules; he only wants his people to know him more intimately. The apostle Paul found that spiritual closeness in his own fellowship with the Father. By following Paul's example, we can do the same. This book calls believers to reject superficiality and revolutionize their lives by embracing a God-guided approach to prayer.
