Ezra 5:1 - 6:22

Sermon Theme: The people of God work because God is working. They hear the word and are strengthened to finish the temple and celebrate the Passover. These events point forward to an even greater exodus in the Lord Jesus, when unbelievers are liberated from their sin and enabled to live for God’s glory.

I. REBUILDING THE TEMPLE

III. REJOICING IN THE TRUE TEMPLE
    A. Jesus is the One True Temple (John 2:13-22)
    B. Jesus is the Once-for-All Sacrifice (John 1:29)
    C. Jesus is the Finished Work (John 19:30)
