I. LIVE IN LIGHT OF HIS GLORY (John 17:1-5)
    A. His Prayer: Glorify the Son (John 17:1-2, 4-5)
        1. The great work of Christ displayed at the cross
        2. The great worth of Christ displayed in the heavens
    B. Our Response: Know the Son (John 17:3)
        1. Know the one true God
        2. Know eternal life through Christ

II. LOVE IN LIGHT OF HIS CARE (John 17:6-26)
    A. His Prayer: Guard the Flock (John 17:6-26)
        1. The beautiful obedience of Jesus for our good
        2. The terrible threat of Satan for our harm
    B. Our Response: United as the Flock (John 17:8, 21, 24)
        1. United to the Word
        2. United to the Flock
        3. United with the Savior
