Modified guns are anything mechanically or electronically modified to shoot harder than 80fps and are only allowed on High-Power Thursday night.  This includes guns from the Nerf "Rival" line. Modified Rival guns and modified Nerf dart guns that shoot over 100fps are not allowed.
