We’re delighted you’re here! We hope you find our church a welcoming place where you can join us in our vision to know Christ and make Him known (1 Corinthians 2:2). We are located at 100 Pigeon Hill Rd, Windsor, CT 06095.

You may join us for our indoor worship service or our LIVESTREAM service on Sunday mornings at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM.

Sunday Services

What are worship services like at Proclamation?
Our corporate worship services are the highlight of the week. Each service is an opportunity for the people of God to meet together to worship the Lord Jesus Christ through singing, sharing, fellowship, prayer, and hearing the Word of God faithfully preached.

What is our current Covid-19 policy?
Our desire is to joyfully submit to our governing authorities and to respect each other's preferences. Therefore, we are always monitoring the latest updates from Governor Lamont, the Town of Windsor, and the CDC. Connecticut has removed the indoor mask requirement for all people in religious venues in accordance with CDC guidelines and the current low risk in Hartford County. Therefore, we are ending all Proclamation mask policies effective immediately.  Of course, you may still wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk.

When should I stay home?
Hebrews 10:24-25 exhorts us to not neglect our meeting together as is the habit of some. That being said, we understand and appreciate that there are valid reasons to temporarily refrain from joining us in person. Please love one another well by considering the following reasons to stay home for a particular week:
- If you feel sick or you are running a fever.
- If you are under quarantine restrictions.
- If you are in a high-risk category.
- If you do not feel comfortable with attending large-group gatherings.

Proclamation Kids

What is the plan for children?
Proclamation Kids is our children's ministry which provides classes for kids of different ages. The classes include nursery (Birth - 2 years), Kinder Kids (3-5 years), Younger Kids (1-3 grade), and Older Kids (4-6 grade).  Additionally, the Conference Room will be available for parents with young children and the Pastor's Office will be available for nursing mothers with babies. The services will be livestreamed on the televisions in those two rooms.
What kind of safety precautions are in place for the children?
Classrooms will be sanitized before and after each class. Parents will check in their child(ren) at the Proclamation Kids table located in the foyer. We will provide separate toy bins for the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services. All toys from the 9:00 AM service will be removed from the room prior to the arrival of children for the 11:00 AM service. These toys will be sanitized prior to the following week's service

Songs for Sunday

The Proclamation Playlist is a great place to listen to all the songs we sing as a congregation in our regular Sunday morning services. Our prayer is that the songs we sing would bring glory to God, unity to the church, and point us to the gospel and the preached Word. The Playlist is available for listening on YouTube and Spotify. We hope it is a blessing to you!

In addition to the Proclamation Playlist, our Songs for Sunday Playlist is available for you to listen in advance to the songs we will be singing on any given Sunday. This Playlist is also available for listening on YouTube and Spotify.
