Men's Ministries

Men's Ministries

Men's ministries are a vital part of Christ Proclamation Church and include men's basketball, prayer, breakfast, and retreats. We encourage men to jump in so that they might tgrow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, mentor one another in gospel-driven living, and introduce newcomers to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Each week, you'll find men like you - young and not-so-young; married, single and divorced; fathers, grandfathers and fathers-to-be - all hanging out at Christ Proclamation Church and participating in the life of the church.

Men's Prayer

Men join together for prayer Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00 AM. For the present time, the men will meet via a Zoom conference call. Please check the Proclamation Updates email each week for the link to the meeting as well as the Meeting ID. We hope you will join us for this uplifting time of fellowship, reading God's Word, and praying together as men!

Men's Breakfast

On the second Saturday of each month throughout the school year, we meet for Men's Breakfast at 7:00 AM at Christ Proclamation church. The time together includes a hearty and yet inexpensive breakfast, just $7, coupled with a helpful talk on a topic specific to men.  Please check the calendar for the next Men's Breakfast. Currently, we are studying men who recognized their lives were not their own and sacrificed everything for a cause greater than themselves. These are men worth emulating, men of whom the world was not worthy!

Men's Retreat
MensRetreat2024_Graphic100

For this years Men's Retreat, the men of Christ Proclamation Church gathered for a time of growth, encouragement, and fellowship at Singing Hills Christian Camp in Plainfield, NH on February 2-3, 2024.

Christ calls believers his brothers, and this promise of spiritual adoption is reflected throughout Scripture. However, when faced with shame and regret, it can be difficult to imagine fitting into the "family portrait" of a holy God.Throughout the weekend, Pastor Erik Raymond will explore accounts of flawed people in the Bible to demonstrate that Jesus's heart is bent toward - not repelled by - those who are broken, feel distant from God, or struggle with remaining sin. By examining Christ’s unending love for undeserving sinners, we hope you'll embrace and be encouraged by your place in God’s family as Christ’s blood-bought brothers and friends.
