Sermon Theme: As Christians, we live in difficult times awaiting a glorious future. Yet, because of Jesus' Great High Priesthood, we have an intercessor who saves us from sin and death. Therefore, we live confidently under the leadership of Jesus who faithfully shepherds His New Covenant community.

I. Remember Your Destination - (Hebrews 13:7-14)

    A. Follow Faithful Leaders - (Heb. 13:7-9)

        1. Their Lives - (v.7)

        2. Their Chrsit-Likeness - (v.8)

        3. Their Teaching - (v.9)

    B. Follow Your Faithful Savior - (Heb. 13:10-14)

        1. The True Alter - (v. 10)

        2. Outside the "Camp" - (vv.11-12)

        3. Bear His Reproach - (vv.13-14)

II. Continue to do God's Will - (Hebrews 13:15-21)

    A. Offer Thanksgiving to Him - (Heb. 13:15-16)

        1. Faithful Praise

        2. Good Works in Christ

        3. Generosity with Possessions

    B. Submit to God's Authority - (Heb. 13:17-19)

        1. With Confidence - (v.17)

        2. With Prayer - (vv.18-19)

    C. Respond to God's Blessing - (Heb. 13:20-21)

III. Bear with Exhortation - (Hebrews 13:22-25)
